Certains avancent \u00e9galement que les employeurs restent actuellement \u00e0 la maison en raison des mesures relatives au COVID et effectuent donc eux-m\u00eames les nettoyages ou ne veulent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9rang\u00e9s pendant leur t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La suppression de ces interventions et la perte de revenu y relative ont des cons\u00e9quences financi\u00e8res qui menacent l&rsquo;existence de la personne concern\u00e9e pendant cette p\u00e9riode particuli\u00e8rement difficile. Ces employ\u00e9s sont souvent des personnes socialement d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es, souvent issues de la migration, qui n&rsquo;ont pas de r\u00e9serves financi\u00e8res suffisantes pour surmonter cette p\u00e9riode difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombreux employeurs versent le salaire habituel malgr\u00e9 de la suspension de travail, il arrive que certains partent du principe qu&rsquo;ils peuvent simplement annuler par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et abandonner leur \u00ab\u00a0femme de m\u00e9nage\u00a0\u00bb. Pour les personnes concern\u00e9es, cette situation est souvent dramatique car la plupart d&rsquo;entre elles ont pour unique source de revenus ces plusieurs petits emplois. Pour \u00eatre correcte, les employeurs qui, en raison de cette situation extraordinaire, ne recourent pas \u00e0 leur personnel de nettoyage devraient l&rsquo;inscrire au ch\u00f4mage partiel.
